BBWCupid Terms of Service: User Agreement & Legal Conditions

By creating an account, logging in, browsing, or otherwise using the BBWCupid Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User") and BBWCupid ("we," "us," or "our").

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

BBWCupid provides an online dating platform designed to facilitate connections and relationships between BBW (Big Beautiful Women) singles and their admirers. Our Services include, but are not limited to:

• User profile creation and management.
• Search, matching, and communication tools.
• Access to community features, events, and content.
• Premium subscription services with enhanced features.
• Mobile applications for iOS and Android devices.

We may add, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at our sole discretion without prior notice.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using BBWCupid, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Permitted Use: You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.

The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the design and arrangement thereof) are owned by BBWCupid, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The "BBWCupid" name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of BBWCupid or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

You retain ownership of the content you submit, post, or display ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with providing the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall BBWCupid, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

1. Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
2. Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
3. Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
4. Any statements or conduct of any user or third party on the Service.

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or one hundred US dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. BBWCUPID EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable.
• The quality of any products, services, information, or other material obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations.

We are not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of the Service. We do not perform background checks on our users.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

You may terminate your account at any time by deactivating it through your account settings or by contacting us.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the courts located in the United Kingdom. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Service.
